I loved how excited they were about being in 5th. I think some of the "regular" top 3 teams take that place for granted at times.

It was so hard watching their excitement knowing the scoring split was 20-80. I am not a fan of scoring splits like that, it makes it so much more difficult to do well over 2 days especially when a team gives their better performance the first day.

I understand now why Dance Moms do different routines every week. I'm kind of getting tired of seeing them mess up this stunt sequence over and over again.

I'm actually enjoying that aspect of it. I feel like I know their music now and actually get nervous waiting to see if they hit their stunts because I know what is coming. I also like seeing stunt groups that had difficulty the week before now sticking everything.

I agree.. I just wish they used their real music.. this mix was made for the show. I understand why they do it because with editing they don't show the whole 2 1/2 minutes but their real music is so much better. Watching the practice on episode 2 was almost getting a bit long for me, from a TV show perspective, from a cheer perspective I could watch it all day long.

I agree.. I just wish they used their real music.. this mix was made for the show. I understand why they do it because with editing they don't show the whole 2 1/2 minutes but their real music is so much better. Watching the practice on episode 2 was almost getting a bit long for me, from a TV show perspective, from a cheer perspective I could watch it all day long.

And I did not even realize that this was not their real music, shows you how much I know. That would frustrate me too. I could watch Patty Ann coach all day long though.

I think you do hear clips of the real music in Dallas... when they slow down the motion and fade away the music during the problems in the routine they did a good job with the music transitions. Of course I'm talking about from a film editing perspective. that Diva queens from central jersey they use during practice is the fake one.

it usually takes a couple of days for links that actually work to get added unfortunately! Although, because 'cheer' isn't as popular is dance moms i'm not sure if any will be added :( but it's worth checking until something else comes along :)

So,they wore black shorts day one...did anyone notice the clip of them in the white skirt before the performance started...then back to the shorts? Like,cmt is bad at editing.
