any other cheerleaders out there have knobby knees?? i found out i had knobby knees a couple of months ago. when i go to cheer practice people ask me about my knees because one is facing forward and the other faces outwards. they also stick out even when i straighten my leg as much as possible. it looks really bad especially since i have to wear shorts all the time when i cheer. they also give me pain after i cheer. they get sharp pains sometimes they get so bad where i cant hardly walk. Any advice?? im very self conscious & it gives me bad pain. thanks :)

If you're having pain, you probably want to see a doctor.
As far as how your knees look, I'd be willing to bet that 95% of our knees are just like yours. Certain parts of our bodies just aren't cute. They're functional. And God made your knees exactly the way He wanted them to be. So, that makes them perfect! :)

im gonna ask my parents about taking me to a doctor but im scared they'll tell me something bad...hahaha but thanks that makes me feel alot better!! (:

My daughter had Osgood Schlatters in both knees. They were knobby and painful. You should definitely go see a doctor to be sure you're not going to cause more trauma to your knees by continuing to cheer while in pain.
