It's bound to happen when you have so many kids moving to be a part of your program. It's a big decision, and you're going to have some that decide it's not for them. Other programs have kids who travel, but many of them are still able to live at home and just commute, or they grow up in the program and don't move 3000 miles away for one season.Wow, they just seem to bleed kids if this is true. And no, I don't believe for a minute it is because the workouts are too hard. Other programs work just as hard and don't lose as many kids
I don't necessarily think they were overly rough in the video. (I don't follow any of them on twitter, so I can't speak to that) But I do believe it's pretty hypocritical to have such a harsh reaction when your team is basically made up of athletes that have quit other teams. They seem to have no problem recruiting replacement athletes mid-season.
You get to handpick your top 20 kids from hundreds of applicants every season. Don't be so upset when one of those doesn't pick you in return.
