I've heard that as well and I'm not surprised. I'm just wondering how much of an eye opener this will be for parents.
If any of an eye opener it will only be for the parents involved at those 2 gyms and honestly without knowing why the Ontario coaches left even that may be a non issue.

Losing 4 people is a lot. If my gym of employment lost 4 coaches, that's 1/3 of our head coaching staff.

Questions:

How many more coaches does their Ontario location have left?

Are they leaving the LOCATION (i.e. Leaving Ontario for San Marcos) or have they left Cali ENTIRELY?

That is a drastic measure. How many coaches over all did they have at that location?

Im not sure of that. This is really the only thing I heard about this. I've been seeing facebook statuses about something going on in the Ontario location but I don't really know anyone that coaches there. So it could not be true. That's just what I heard.

Maybe a combination of the two rumors but either that is a big shake up and it really surprises me.

It is after Nov 1- will the coaches need a release to coach somewhere else this season, or is that something just reserved for paying customers?
;(
Most coaches sign contracts and usually in the contract in states that if you quit or leave the gym for any reason you can't coach or open up your own program in the area for a year. I'd imagine Cali having something similar so coaches can't just jump ship and go to another program.

If the Coaches are willing to relocate, they will easily be able to find a job. I always see big gyms posting on social media that they are looking for experienced, qualified Coaches.

Non compete clauses are illegal in all fields per California state law. I definitely wouldn't be surprised to see them coaching elsewhere this season.
