I've had bases before who wouldn't try if they had a bad day. I hated it! It's not fair to the team or other members of the group if you don't try because you just "don't feel like it". We all have our bad days, but we suck it up and put our big girl panties on!

Not trying got one girl dismissed from a team she crossed to. If it had been her only team she wouldn't have competed at all. Luckily, we realized she wasn't ready and were able to fix it before we competed --and for the benefit of everyone.
