I dislocated and tore ligaments in my elbow a few months ago, and i'm finally getting back into tumbling. I was working on standing fulls before i got hurt, and they involve stepping before i do them. Now i have a bad habit of stepping before i do my standing tuck, since i am getting back into tumbling. does anyone else do this? any tips on how to train yourself NOT to do it? i have a mental block on doing tucks without stepping now..
