All-Star Competition Break Down

Hi- new to Allstars Cheer - my daughter competed Performance rec previously.
I am looking at the schedule for an upcoming Comp and am a bit confused on the division breakdowns.
Jr 3 small, Jr 3 small A and Jr 3 small B is listed. Are they competing against all J3 small teams or only how they are specifically listed?

They're competing against the teams in their division (A or B) for first place and usually all of the level 3 teams for level champion. Really big competitions with large divisions will split them to make judging easier.
