Apologies to all for however everything was interpreted. I literally just knew she was new to our gym and was trying to warn her about the policy so what happened after wouldn't happen. Next time I'll PM.

By now you know that your posts don't go away. But I think it is a positive that you see that you could have done what you meant to do differently. I, personally, like it when someone learns from their mistakes. So thank you for trying to do so.
