Y'all. This barely pulling your stretch and leaning forward to grab your foot for dear life like you've never flown before has got to stop. There are Tiny and Mini 1 vids in this thread with more flexible stretches.

Everyone in Large Coed should be very concerned about Rays Steel. That routine is dangerous at its cleanest and execution will generally always win.
Lady Cats: A cheer in an all star routine? Yes! It's late 90s all over! I also love that pyramid.
The stall on Wildcat's baskets, guys.

I still really really really miss when teams had their cheer as a voiceover (Like what Brandon does). It was so cool to be in a packed arena that's at capacity and having the entire crowd scream "National Champs ONE MORE TIME!!!" at the top of their lungs. That and Hit-Hit-Hit-Pull are both things I really miss in cheerleading that should make a come back (*cough* make jumps to back mandatory).
Especially now that routines are 100% custom raps - y'all know you have time to kill in the music lets add the cheer voiceover back in.
The Cheer voiceover is still going strong for some programs such as Stingrays, Top Gun, Cheer Florida and Brandon to name a few! It's always so refreshing to hear their fans reciting it during the routine...brings back so much nostalgia! [emoji7]I was watching videos from 2013 the other day (which i now realize was 5 years ago... wow time flies) and the jump sections were actually an impressive part of the routine! Like back then, it was really amazing how teams could do 5 jumps to tuck, and now its like they just throw jumps in there to fulfill the requirement.
Also, I was just thinking of the Ray's cheer the other day and would LOVE to see that make a comeback!
Took the words right out of my mouth. Beautiful cheerleading right there.Steel is my front runner. That routine is just nuts when it hits. Actually jaw dropping.
Since our day 1 is posted I figured i would update with day 2 since it was better!
We finished .04 behind wildcats who were level 5 grand champs!
What an incredible weekend!
My kid got injured in warmups day 2, sprained ankle I believe. I’ll be taking her in tomorrow to double check.. she competed and did all tumbling, she said she was crying. She almost ate it during jumps and was carried off but I’m hoping she is good. Thankfully we don’t compete until January. This video makes me so happy for them!
