If you got scammed, regardless of how long ago, go file mail order fraud which is illegal and whoever scammed you will HAVE to give you the item they promised, give you yours back, or both and a fine of some sort. This is serious, I got scammed last week by a girl and I'm bringing up charges. This is not a light issue, we need to stop scammers so we can trade peacefully! (:
