Not entirely true. F5 won NCA as Senior Open and Worlds in 2005

Did someone else win "regular" large senior? Also what was the difference back then between senior and senior open? Did it have to do with age?

Yes, Panthers won large senior. I believe it was no bottom age limit for senior open, where "regular" senior did have a bottom age limit.
