This might only be my cheer team but we have a diet and rules. (5-5'3 - 90-100. 5'4-5'6 - 100-105 5'7-5'9 - 105-115). Unfortunately i and other girls do not fit however we are still on the team. I 5'1 130 lbs am now on a diet. salads no dressing, 2 servings of fruit a day a slice of meat everyday no bread, no pasta, and especially no candy and dessert no cheese sugar free gum is allowed 3 bottles of water a day and only 2 meals a day. I was wondering if anyone has anything similar or if anyone has weight loss tips I am a base and I'm looking to be a flyer. thanks!
