Isn't Delaware pretty cheap?
It depends on the area, New Castle County (the northern part - is pretty corporate) and, prices are expensive because of its proximity to Philadelphia and Baltimore - as well, many commute to New York and Washington because of the access to the high-speed rail/mass transit.

As you move South, you go through God's country en-route the capital Dover, - which is a pathetic excuse for a "city". (no high-rises - more of a historic downtown)

Again further south, more of God's country until you get to the resort areas on the East Coast and more God's country to the western side of the state.

Hahaha.... I'm originally from Annapolis, and my BIL & his wife life in Henderson, MD. We went to Dover Downs one night to gamble, and decided to "go find a club" afterwards.

Epid.Fail.

And that's all I have to say about that.

Fire & Ice is downright skeezy!

Actually there are a lot of teams (well a lot for a state that is 30 miles wide at the widest point only (12 miles wide in the northern part) and 100 miles top to bottom.

Gyms there..
TSC All Stars
Delaware Thunder
Top Flight
All Star Revolution
Delaware Diamonds
Midcoast Stars
East Coast Nitros
MOT All Stars
Exalt All Stars
Shore Thunder All Stars
Stick It All Stars

Oh, and the entire population of our state has not exceeded 900,000 yet.

Wow I didn't realize that there were so many all stars programs in Delaware. East Coast Nitros and TSC All Stars are the only one I've ever heard of.

Oh no hon, this wasn't even that nice. This was some restaurant turned "night club" in the evening. The place was actually in the "heart" (giggle) of Dover. It was horrendous, 50,000 people packed into this teensy tiny little place. From what I remember it was an upstairs place, I think. They didn't even dim the lights. Awful, just awful.
Otherwise Dover is a quaint little town. Charming. You can drive three miles any direction and need to pass an amish buggy... j/k... kinda....

Thinking about it, what if it is a rec program or a high school team that needs to practice for nationals, it may not even be an allstar program.:)

Yea, you could be right - I was just putting it out there. I just lit the fuse... where it goes is not on me.

I replied to the ad to see if its a new cheer team and no response yet!
