Can someone give me drills and exercises to become and all around better cheerleader? i really need to work on strength and i need drills for tumbling since the hardest thing i can do is a standing two and a round off three. What should i do to get my tumbling better as well because i feel that i have been working on the same thing since forever and am not progressing.
