So I found this on YouTube when I was in one of my "let's stay up all night and see what's in everyone's cheer bag" moods

It's Megan from Cheeradvice4you and she has a comp/sports games survival kit (she is older and female so there is the mention of female hygiene products)

Just thought I'd share it cause it seems like a really handy thing for either yourself, if your a parent or older athlete, or a mini one for your cp :)
