All-Star Explanation For Level 4 Pyramid

I'm more confused by Georgia's Level 4 pyramid when they clearly are inverted with one brace.

The tops are braced by one arm and one foot which is legal. The right side seems to hold onto the foot until after the tops hips are no longer so would be legal. The left side definitely lets go to early.
