HOW ON EARTH CAN SHE HOLD HER WITH THAT STANCE?! she isn't even above her head!

I am thinking she is using that stance because she is probably usually a secondary base? That could explain why she's under it with her right arm and in the same looking stance. Just a thought.

I think everyone who has ever tumbled should take a physics class. You really realize why certain techniques are necessary (i.e. tucking tight in tucks, stretching back in BHS...).

I did a physics project on the physics of cheerleading (tumbling and stunting). I got an A, and it really helped our team with technique, when we understood WHY things worked the way they did.
I'm the ultimate Cheer Nerd. (can I get "Cheer Nerd" as my title, under my screen name?)
