Here you guys go! These are some good ones to go with the flyer conditioning sheet. Sarah's gonna release a very extended DVD set in Jan/Feb for sale, so these videos are really priceless at the moment! A lot of the things on the sheet are mentioned in these short instructional clips. :)

I LOVE these videos. We found them last cheer season and they have helped tremendously.

totally off topic, but I had a dream last night that I was friends with Beyonce and we were getting ready for her show, like just hanging out and putting on makeup and doing our hair!! I blame you and @Just-a-Mom for this! I'm not even a fan of hers! LOL

Kid 1: "do we have to do tumbling?"
Me: "yes I just said go full out."

Kid 2: "are we marking stunts?"
Me: "no we are going full out."

Kid 3: "are we going full out or just marking?"
Me: "we are going full out."

Kid 1: "do I have to do my standing tumbling?"
Me: :banghead:
