Front Walkovers

Looking for some unconventional front walk over drills for my Mini Level 1 team. Front Walkovers are going to be the death of me! I want some "out of e box" ideas...not your standard limber drills, and working over the barrel. Help me out here :)

Tick tocks! When my CP was back in gymnastics and learning front walkovers they would do a lot of tick tocks and that helped in learing the motion, keeping straight legs, and working back flexibility.

I agree, it also drills them for back walkovers:)
