daily exercises I do to get/keep my abs lookin good! ;)
remember to squeeze and  don't forget to breathe!
	
		
			
		
		
	
				
			I do these with 5 lb. ankle weights on to amp up the difficulty.
 - 10 scissor kicks
 - 10 flutter kicks
 - 20 bicycles
 - 30 russian twists
 - 30 crunches (feet off the floor)
 - 10 pike-ups
 - 10 straddle ups
 - 15 v-ups
 - 15 second plank (left, right, and middle)
 - 10 second hollow hold
 
- do more reps!
 - use ankle weights (or heavier ones)
 - hold each position longer
