daily exercises I do to get/keep my abs lookin good! ;)
I do these with 5 lb. ankle weights on to amp up the difficulty.

  1. 10 scissor kicks
  2. 10 flutter kicks
  3. 20 bicycles
  4. 30 russian twists
  5. 30 crunches (feet off the floor)
  6. 10 pike-ups
  7. 10 straddle ups
  8. 15 v-ups
  9. 15 second plank (left, right, and middle)
  10. 10 second hollow hold
TOO EASY?!
  • do more reps!
  • use ankle weights (or heavier ones)
  • hold each position longer
remember to squeeze and don't forget to breathe!
 
what are russian twists?


its when you sit on the ground with your knees bent and your feet about 6 inches off the ground and then twist your body so that the opposite hand o the side you're twisting to reaches the ground.
 
can you explain the excercises? like i know what crunces and stuff is though
crunches are when you lie down on your back with your knees bent, feet on the floor, and you lift your shoulder blades off the floor.

Scissor kicks are when you lie on your back with one leg in the air, straight, hold it for one second, then switch legs, and keep repeating.

flutter kicks are when you lie on your back with your feet a few inches off the floor and flutter your feet up and down.
 
what is the difference between a scissor and flutter kicks?
scissor kicks are slower and harder on your abs, and your legs are straight up in the air as opposed to them being a few inches off the ground.
 
good looking abs are mainly depending on your percentage of body fat.
they will appear for women somewhere below 20% and for men somewhere below 13%
 
I want abs so bad, but I really don't want to work for them oh well. I'm good with just being skinny
