At cheer practice everyone works out differently. On my team, we do these work outs everyday:
	
		
			
		
		
	
				
			- Run a mile and a half
 - 50 jumping jacks
 - 20 air jacks
 - 25 squats
 - 2 min wall sits
 - 10 crunches
 - 30 second plank
 - 45 push ups
 - 35 mountain climbers
