@lakerfanatic @meannj thats not what i meant by "random skills" hahaha i love cali, and it wasnt directed towards you guys. obviously you guys are amazing, there are a couple of videos that left me scratching my head as to how they made it to the top 2o. nothing against you at alllll

I think that they asked what "your" squad does to refuel....and of course we are all different...I dont think they is a wrong or right...I think some of the videos were very good...but I mostly love how many squads got involved...cheer is an amazing sport and again...good luck to everyone!!!!

I love how there are many different types of videos....smoed just went for simple...chocolate milk is the best and quickest fuel after a hard workout...we just said it with skills then the drink at the end...I love all the ways it was said..we don't need to get nasty about it....it's all in good fun...right?
