I was looking for more tips too!
One thing i learned that helps and I have my flyers do is bridges and walking your feet to your hands. it really stretches your back.
Another thing is in you right side split lean back towards your left leg!

Go onto YouTube and search for 'Stretching with Gabi Butler.' It's a really good video she made about stretching tips, a lot of which are for stretching a needle. Hope that helps!

If you have your bridge perfectly, try doing a bridge on your elbows and this will really stretch out your back! Do your splits, put your back leg up on something (book etc.) and lean back. Once you can do this, you can definitely do a needle :)
