Well back in february 2010 my parents started having finacial difficulties so they took me out of all stars. At the time i was scared to do running tumbling and any form of double BHS so i pretty much just had my standing BHS and was working on standing tucks. After i stopped till about May of 2011 because I was starting highschool and wanted to tryout for the team so i just threw my standing as if nothing, since we only did sideline cheering we rarely practiced tumbling but some how i got very confident with my running tumbling to a point were slowly out of no where i became scared of standing tumbling. But one of the Senior captians yelled at me in front of the crowd at the homecoming game because for the first time i bent my arms in my rounf off BHS and ever since then i just developed a block. Now i'm gonna start taking classes twice a week at an all star gym but im super scared yet i want this really bad, someone please give me advise :help:

Just remember that you've done it before, and that the technique and muscle memory is still there. Try getting spots on it so you can remember what it feels like. Also, check out fortheloveoftumbling.com. There are fantastic tips on there that have helped hundreds of tumblers overcome mental blocks. Last but not least, believe in yourself!! If you can dream it, you can do it. :)
