So, I made the mistake of learning how to do a scorpion/needle on my right leg and now I'm having trouble on learning it with my left leg.... The funny thing is I have my bow and arrow and my left leg.
Am I even making sense?
Anyways, I neeeeed help with my left leg scorpion/needle, so any tips would be appreciated :)

i have my scorp/needle on my left leg but have a bow and arrow on my right leg haha. it just depends on which split you have all the way down. i have my right split all the way down but not my left. it you think about it, in my splits my right leg is in front (for bow & arrows) and my left leg is in the back (for scorps). that's probably how yours is, just the other way around.
i have been trying to get a scorp on my right leg for a long time but i just cant. haha but some tips are to stretch for atleast 30 minutes everyday. i'd say about 3 minutes on each split. make sure to warm up before doing some major stretches. if you have your left or right split all the way down then try the doorway stretch with that leg. (i cant really explain it but there is other threads on how to do it). it has helped me ALOT on getting a good scorp/needle on my left leg but still working on my right leg. good luck and i hope this helped!! :)

I know everyone says this, but just stretch EVERY SINGLE DAY for at least 10 minutes. U should be stretching your back a lot for the scorp, and also stretch splits a lot.

I did the same thing!

Lots of splits and reaching back, door frames.
The way i got my left scorp is to just keep pulling it as much as you can. If you just pull the scorpion everyday, it'll slowly but surely get better.

I have been trying to get a needle for a while now and i usually just try to stretch everyday for at least 20-30 mins. a good stretch for the needle is to do a wall split and rest your arms on something in front of you or have someone hold your arms up. the higher up your arms are the more stretch you get in your back. and if you can do a good wallsplit your scorp should be amazing. also do plenty of over splits with your front and back leg. if you work on it everyday it will get better. if you're having trouble balancing when you pull your leg up then push you chest agaisnt a wall and lean on the wall for balance. Hope i helped!

Sit in your splits with your left leg in the back and lean back! Then bend your back leg and try to grab it! Do wall splits and push your chest backwards! Also do back bends and try to move your hands and feet closer, the ultimate goal is to get your hands to grab your ankles!
