There are several new attendees to hot shots this year (some that will surprise quite a few) some were invited to attend and some simply asked the founding members and got the ok to participate.

we didn't get invited this year, i think they cycle out teams they invite every year aside from the 4 main gyms

a girl on stars said WC, TG, ACE, T&S, Stingray Orange, and Charlotte.
so, not official guest list.. but WC is part of the "planning committee" so that's probably pretty accurate.
