Your never to heavy if you squeeze and hold your weight up:) well I guess 300 pounds or something might be a little heavy.LOL. it also helps if you have bigger bases.

I think most of the flyers who do this professionally or for all star teams are extremely small. I mean, teams only want to pick the best candidates for their squad

Shes probably in the 140's.

At least in my experience, small girls may start out in the air early in the season, but talented girls end up in the air by the end of the year.
Id take a tight flyer over a fetus any day.

I am only an amateur (in my 3rd year of uni) so maybe I only see the smaller picture. But seeing as we are just doing a lot of partner stunting this year, I always hope for the lightest of my teammates to stunt with thinking I can throw her higher

I base a girl who is around 140, I barely weigh 100. It really depends on the ability of the flier and base.

Well, I think when you have a full base group, the max weight can raise much higher. I was thinking more for partner stunts

yes I know that's what you meant, I'm not sure about that but it definitly depends on the bases ability!
