There is no certain weight for a flyer. As long as the flyer is good, and knows how to hold their own weight, and the bases are strong enough to hold them up, if doesn't matter how much they weigh

One of the best answers given is if the bases don't want to base then every flyer is too heavy. Especially when that base really wants to be the flyer him/herself.
