Usually, School practices eveyday and All star is 2-4 times a week. Also, you should make time for tumbling and other classes you might want to take.

For the team I coached; Mon, Tues & Thurs 6:30-8
When I did high school; Once a week for 2 hours during the school year (few summer practices & we had all of our main practices after tryouts the school year before)
& Now; Mon, Tues & Thurs 6:30-8:30

When I was in allstars we practiced 3 times a week at Illinois Cheer Company. I now cheer in college at Stephen F Austin (SFA) and we practice 5 days a week. Go Jacks!
