How Many Days Does Your Team Practice Per Week?

Internation Open Coed 5, two times a week. 2 hours one day and 3 hours the other day.

Open L5 team trains Tue 3 hours / Thur 3 hours and Sunday 3 hours

Our team only practice for 2-3 hours a week and then an optional hour gymnastics session. I'd be there 7 day's a week, but our gym is a gymnastics school with an allstar cheer squad. I think this is average for the majority of squads in the UK, but the one's who go compete in the states or our high level teams, I guess would do more :)

I coach Varsity Cheer and we practice 4 days a week for 2.5 hours each day (Fridays are usually games) and if not, Friday practices as well!
