I do many of the things mentioned on here: work higher level skills ect. If your kids are not necessarily ready for higher level skills, why not work a skill that is their level but maybe more difficult than what they are doing. Maybe work fake switch ups or tick tocks. If they are already doing those, work real ones. Give other people a chance to fly, or make the flyers base (for some reason, flyers want to base and bases want to fly lol). Have theme practices. One of my favorites, that I used to do at team sleepovers, was split them into teams, give them another teams music and have them create their own routine. Rules were that the routine had to be with level down skills (didn't want anyone getting hurt throwing things they couldn't do). Everyone had fun with that, and the videos still make me laugh.
This time of year is tough. Spring fever, end of season, tryouts. All have the power to distract. Switching things up on them (but still managing to practice) should help.
