How To Get My Coach's To Get A Long

I have four coach's in my gym, that were friends before working together. Two of them seem to be at odds, I don't know why, it's like they are competing with each other. They so aren't one is level four coach one is level three. I will say that they don't show anything around my athletes or parents. They refuse to be part of our coach's appreciation day, really! It will be strange to three out of four that day!

It may not be possible but if you can find the root of the problem that could be a start.

It is good they are not letting it show to the gym but I would warn them should it begin to effect their work or the gym atmosphere then changes in staffing may be required.
