If you want to do it yourself, buy hot fix crystals and a wand. They have glue on the back and bond when you put the wand on top for like 30 seconds. I got my wand at Michael's, they usually have like 40% off coupons. I did my Cheersport jacket outline and it took A LOT of crystals so search google and buy in bulk!
