Need ideas on way to inspire a team. This team has the ability to reach great things but lack the confidence. Trying to come up with ideas that can be done at practice to help get them more confident. Also, does your team do anything special before a big competition?

have them all find their favorite quote, write it down and share it at practice! My team had made a inspirational wall with quotes and posters on what we want to accomplish this season. We also have a countdown of practices left till our first competition. You can have your girls all get in a circle and share one thing that they believe they can focus on more whether as a team or individually
