Prep level to prep level is legal. Prep level to extended or extended to extended would be illegal. Full twists to extended must land on 2 legs in L4.

I saw this done at the Spring Coaches Conference in Montreal where they hit the stretch in prep, did a full around ending with the flyer on 2 feet. Basically the flyer dropped the stretch 3/4 of the way around.

The reasoning was that it say that the full up/around has to *end* in extended 2 leg, not occur as 2 legs.
