All-Star Is This Something People Do?

I am unsure of this specific plan but this type of planning is actually REALLY good. You can't necessarily track when you move onto harder skills, but planning out reps, skills, drills, strength, and stretching will get you where you want to go. All progress would be more linear (meaning trackable) with a constant amount of training. Most people try to train fewer days and longer on those few days. In reality shorter training every day will be more affective (but what that training is is determined by someones own personal abilities).

I don't know what it is, but it's tech-y and there's a graph so I'm sure people here besides me find it fascinating.

As to whether or not people do it, no idea. They should, though. The more specific you are about goals/plans, the easier it is to keep track of results and stay focused.
