Show 'n go extended stretch?

Is that a bottlerocket? I´ve never heard this before, so i´m curious.

I´ve tried all three variations in baskets, and for us the ankle technique just doesn´t work. Flyers feel uncomfortable and backspots feel the can´t throw as hard as they could. For us, the backspot pushing from under the bases hands works best, but it´s really important that the flyer holds her weight properly and stands straight up. Have to confess that some flyers need a little help under their thights when first learning baskets to get the feeling of standing up fast - but i have to drill them to hold their own this season.
It can lead to bad habbits (sitting on the back in baskets).

No its like a straight ride with a kick to the front.

Hmm, I've never heard them called that before. We just call them kick baskets. And we do have our kids practice kick baskets (bottle rockets) and also full twist baskets. I know the kick is pretty different from a bottle rocket to a kick full our double basket but it still works on the timing issues and getting a feeling for lifting one leg and having the other in the correct positioning.

Is there anyone who has a good quality video of a regular (really good) kick double in slow motion and could post it here/send me the link? :D

Cp just posted her stunt group's basket on IG tonight. It's in slow mo, but kick kick. Looks like her backspot pushes off her butt, not ankles.
