A tick up is legal even with the new high school rules about releases because if the flier starts with one foot on the ground, she is not in a stunt yet, so when she is tossed up, it is not considered a stunt until she lands in her lib/stretch/whatever. Am I right so far?
This is the reason a coed style toss stunt is legal if I am reading correctly.
So as long as a top has 1 foot on the ground directly before the toss, the top could perform a ball, an x, or a twist before landing in her bases hands... right? Cool :)
