Level 1 Handstand Up

Flyer is in a handstand, bases each put one hand on a foot, one under her tummy, and flip her up to a sponge (Not roll her under herself). I wish I had a video to show what I meant. I know I've seen this done, but I can't remember if it's level 1 or 2
