Level 3 Stunt

In the level 3 stunt rules, it says a release move is limited to one skill/ trick. Would this stunt be legal: the flyer is thrown from a sponge and does a ball up, and lands in a split at shoulder level. I hope that explanation made sense. Would the ball up be one skill or would it be considered two skills (the ball up and the split)?

Could the grab the feet before they split. ? I think that by the same logic as baskets in level 3 that this would be another trick.

Ball X in baskets is considered two skills but an exception.

pretty sure that is fine, the ball up is the skill and the split is just the coming out of the ball, but Andre or RulesGuy can confirm that for you
