I didn't think so but I saw a large coed 4 team perform this skill at Cheersport and NCA Nationals all 4 days. I didn't know if rule changed or not or the judges didn't catch it.

That is something that would be tough for me to catch because it's tough to see the beginning of every pass and the pass is legal for L4 running tumbling.
