Are you getting to choose which one? Wouldn't the coaches be the ones putting you on the team that's best for you? Maybe you could ask them.

just kidding, love my gym.
but really, it's not which is better, because essentially, both divisions can do all the same skills. It's really whether or not you are comfortable being on a team with guys. (because I know some girls that aren't!)
