I like this one! And as for the silver getting everywhere.. Hairspray your face! I know it sounds like a really bad idea, but it works, especially with glitter and loose eyeshadows (you just have to let the eyeshadow settle a little before you hairspray it). When you hairspray your face (wow that sounds silly), make sure not to scrunch up your eyes, just close them normally. And always wash it off when you get done or get home! You'll break out if you don't):

YES! i learned this from the first season of jersey shore when i saw them getting ready then snooki was spraying her face with hairspray & mentioned something like it keeps it on better! i've been doing it ever since & it works:)

I use coastal scent eyeshadow, and it stays on better then mac. I love their pallets

If you're looking for team makeup I suggest Razzle Dazzle. I used them my first year cheering and they have good color quality. I suggest cream eyeshadows if you dont want the make-up to get everywhere

elf actually makes a pretty awesome primer for only $3. I only recently discovered primer. Used to think it was one of those gimmicky things sold to women to spend more money, but I am in love! Stops eyeshadow creasing like a charm.

You could always do eyeshadow stickers to eliminate the silver powdery mess . I've heard several teams swear by them. All the glam of perfect eyeshadow application minus the difficulties.....plus the coaches and parents don't get stuck having to correctly apply each girl's makeup or making sure that everyone's makeup looks the same.
Example: Customize | eye shadow, coloronpro, instant makeup | colorOn Professional (Maybe in color "Charm"?)
I believe there is also another company that makes FAME's eye stickers which are more blinged out.
