All-Star Maryland Marlins Merging With Maryland Twisters

Just didn't know if it could be called a merger if the name stayed the same.

The biggest difference between a merger and an acquisition is the resulting ownership.

If Terri is an owner in the "new" Maryland Twisters, then it was a merger. If not, it was an acquisition.

I'm a huge Twisters fan and love Marlins too. This is going to be HUGE for the state of Maryland. A serious powerhouse. Marlins had awesome athletes and a phenomenal coaching staff. Can't wait to see how it turns out (which I'm thinking will be PERFECTION).

Just hopefully not "cheer perfection!"

Im glad our teams merged I mean, there is other competition other than marlins, theres still crimson and spirit force.....I think its gonna make us stronger as a gym and family.

Sure we do Crimson heat brings lots of competiton to our small senior 5 team and spirit force has some pretty fierce 1-4, And dreamm allstars have amazing teams as well,(even though there arent as well known as marlins and twisters) we do have some pretty good teams in MD.

All I can think about is that coach for marlins that kinda talked crap about twisters! wonder where he is now??

Wow! Mixed feelings on this... I'll be sad to not see Marlins on their own, but I think this will be great for both programs! Can't wait to see what they deliver :)
