This is a question that asks for a TON of information, but without getting into inversions, pyramids, etc. You need as many running passes to tucks as possible, as many jumps to multiple back handsprings as possible, series standing back handsprings, etc. for tumbling. For stunts: single leg, extended stunts, full down cradles from two legged extensions, creative transitions, etc. Baskets...I like a variety of full twisting tosses as well as pike tosses, pretty girl tosses, nice high toe touch tosses, etc. Again...there is almost too much to try to list here. Don't even get me started on pyramids cuz that is just too much LOL! Good luck,
