Mini 2

I'm having a bit of a brain fart (for lack of better word) I thought I remembered reading that mini 2 could not do baskets, but I didn't pay much attention to where or really if this was true because we did not have a mini 2. Well now I have a mini 2 team and cannot find it anywhere! So... can lil nuggets basket, yay or nay?

It is proposed every cycle but never passes. The youth R5 does have different toss rules, though.
