iPhone (iOS) Mobile App ​

Including push notifications

Please install our mobile app on your iPhone (Apple) by following the the below steps on your iPhone...

Step 1. - System Requirements​

• Apple iPhone running iOS 16.4+

Step 2. - Installation​

1. Open up your Safari browser on your iPhone <-- You MUST use Safari.​

2. Open the forum home page at https://fierceboard.com​

​

3. Press the "share" button...​

4. Add "FierceBoard" to your home screen...​

5. Make sure the "add" screen looks like this...​

6. Access FierceBoard from the new mobile app that you just installed on your iPhone and log in.​

7a. Follow auto prompts and turn on "push notifications" on your iPhone (you MUST do this on your iPhone through the app you just installed)...​

7b. If the auto prompts from step 7a don't pop up... don't worry. Just follow the steps below... (you MUST do this on your iPhone through the app you just installed)...

8. You will receive a confirmation...

Android Mobile App ​

The default Chrome browser is capable of installing PWAs for Android...

Installation​

1. Open up the default Chrome browser on your Android <-- You MUST use Chrome
2. Open the forum home page at https://fierceboard.com
3. Press the "three dots" in the upper right hand corner
4. Select "Add to Home Screen"
5. Press the "Add" button in the popup
6. The mobile app is now installed and available on your home screen

Adjusting Your Push Notifications​

On your iPhone...

• Settings >> Notifications >> FierceBoard

On your Android...

Troubleshooting​

• If you log out of the mobile app on your iPhone... then you must log back in and then go to your preferences and activate the push notifications again.
• If you have any issues with the push notifications... try to turn them off and on inside of the app in your preferences. If that does not work... delete the app and add it to your home screen again.
