While most teams are seriously amazing, I'm shocked by some of the technique and stunts (or should I say attempted stunts?) coaches put on the NCA floor. If this were some high-school gym comp in November, I'd not say anything, but this is NCA in February - the largest national chamionship there is!

I'd like to comment a bit more specifically on all the routines, but NCA runs so freakingly smoothly and on schedule that it's hard to find the time to comment without missing anything. I never thought I'd be complaining about a comp being on time !

I think I'm shocked at how many teams just look NOT ready... This is NCA. You should be busting full outs for a month before. A fall here and fall there is one thing, but so many of these look like they can't even make it through the routine.
