I know there are a bunch of threads like these out there, but Pittsburgh could really use your prayers right now.
Yesterday there was a mass shooting in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh at Western Psychiatric Institute. My mom works in this building and is deeply affected by the events. Multiple people were shot in the lobby. 2 died, one was the shooter, shot by university of Pittsburgh police. The other was a 25 yr old male who had just been accepted into grad school and who had just proposed to his girlfriend. His family had also lost their daughter 2 years ago to murder as well. I can only imagine what they could be going through. All of the other victims who were shot are expected to recover.
Prayers would be greatly appreciated for all of the victims and families involved. It was a very sad day in Pittsburgh yesterday.
